This past week, the team and I that are fundraising money for our Cuban project's and travel expenses, finalized all of the details regarding the fundraiser. Meaning, we know who will keep tracks of the donations, who will help serve food and drinks, how we will get those food and drinks, we filled out all of the necessary forms, and discussed what we wanted to have displayed. The only main issue was how much we were going to spend on everything and we wanted to verify that with Evelyn before taking further action. The other main issue, is to make sure that the proper amount of food and drinks are sold and that it doesn't get out of hand. Otherwise, I think we are making great progress!
