Jocelyn Dimaya // week 8

This week was incredibly productive for our team working towards our fundraising event. On Sunday, JJ and I were able to screen print the posters and they have been hung around campus. A Facebook event has also been created and it seems like there are quite a few people who are very interested in supporting our work. There are even people who are not apart of the calarts community coming to this event. I have invited my roommate and she has also invited friends. We are continuing to promote the event and I am hopeful for a big turn out. 

Another job I took on was securing the catering. I had initially made the order for Portos in Burbank, but that has since been changed to Portos in Glendale and Evelyn will pick up the preheated platters at 7 pm on Friday.we will be spending approximately $110 on food and the remainder will go towards water, plates, and drinks.
