Since the last check up El Acercamiento group has turned in all of our paper work for our Salsa event is this week on Friday! As a team we are focused on getting the word out through flyers, email, social media, etc. JJ has finished the flyers and they are printed. Josh and I spent time hanging them up all around the school. I set up the facebook page! It's pretty exciting knowing that our event is at the end of this week. We meet with Facility's team to make sure everything is approved for our event. Unfortunately there will be no salsa band so a challenge we are facing is finding a dj for the night under short notice. We want to stay true to our event and the theme. After tomorrow meet up I think we should have everything squared!
