My part in helping the shelter project is promotion. Looking for ways to have the community around calarts engage in the process. The first part of this plan was inviting people from the newhall community center who were seeing a film (minions) to sign up and come to an acting workshop. Serina created the sing up sheet through google and many people signed up. Unfortunately, this has been postponed so now our focus has been shifted to engaging in activities around Lincoln park, which is also were performances will take place.
